All fabric is continuously cut.

Cut fabric and patterns are final sale and can not be returned. Other items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact emily@hollandlanefabrics.com to begin refund.

If you find that your fabric is damaged in any way, please contact us.

Shipping Info

We (at Holland Lane) are fabrics lovers, too and know how excited you are to receive your fabric. We will work very hard to get your orders out within 24 hours. Shipping rates vary by the items in your order. We try our very best to get you the lowest shipping rates and even offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 (within the US). The easiest way to calculate shipping is to proceed to the checkout page. A shipping calculator can be found there.

Local pick-up is available if you are in the Utah County area. Please select that option at check-out and wait to receive an email or text that your order is ready before coming to pick-up. Again, we will try our best to have all orders ready within 24 hours.
